This area is designed to allow PHP administration to share documents of common interest.  If you would like to submit a document, please email the document in Word format to gknapp@macmhb.org.  In addition, please include a title and a 1-2 sentence description of the document.

Comparative Performance Monitoring*:  This file includes the procedure for performance comparison related only to the "compliance" indicators in the MMBPIS data.  Clinical and non-clinical performance indicators are in draft format and will be submitted to this site during February.

Provider Appeals Process*:  This file includes the procedure for Provider Appeals.  It has been used mostly by hospitals so far.

Memorandum of Understanding* This is a sample agreement between an affiliation PHP and a Qualified (Medicaid) Health Plan.

UPDATED:  A Report from the Best Value - Service Outcomes Task Force*  As a result of recent conversations about proof of performance and best value among PHPs, CMHs, DCH, CMH and others, a group of the Michigan PHP leadership established an initiative to prepare and present to DCH recommended measures in seven domains.
