Advance Directive
10:00am to 12:00pm

Come join in a free workshop on creating and developing an Advance Directive.  This Advance Directive will be used when you are not able to make decisions for yourself.  The appointing of an advocate to speak for your needs and desires will be the main objective of this document.  The workshop is designed to answer your questions and to assist you in completing your Advance Directive.  Join us and bring your friends for a workshop created to make it easier for you during difficult times. Offering hope and planning so that you feel secure in your future is the overall goal of this workshop.

2.  Overcoming Stigma and
Developing Healthy
Self-Esteem
1:00pm to 3:00pm

The presenters will work together with you in understanding and recognizing stigma in our lives.  In addressing stigma we will learn how to change stigma into healthy self-esteem as mental health consumers.  Your questions and interactions will create for all involved a workshop that is dedicated to your needs.  The goal of the workshop is to assist you, as a consumer, to focus on your strengths and your assets; thereby turning societal stigma into positive outcomes as we journey along our life in recovery.
