Cancellation / Refund Policy:
Substitutions are permitted at any time.  No shows will be billed at the full training rate.  Cancellations must be received in writing at least 10 business days prior to the training or a $25 cancellation fee will be assessed.  If cancellation is received less than 10 days prior to the training, you will be charged the full conference fee.

From I-96 take I-496 to Creyts Road.  Take the North Creyts Road Exit.  Go North on Creyts Road.  Turn right at the light onto Anacapri Boulevard (first road).  Pass the first drive and enter either of the next two drives to complimentary parking.
