All NEW WORKSHOP FOR 2011!
This workshop will explain the effects of childhood trauma and both mental and physical health. How to heal our past trauma and develop comfort techniques will also be shared. The goal is to develop and empower our strengths to grow beyond the earlier traumas. Explanations of what trauma is, re-traumatization, and how to develop healing skills will be included.
