Individualized Service Plans Using the ASAM Criteria and Motivational Interviewing

Who can attend? 

This training is intended for clinicians, case managers and peers in the publicly funded substance use and co-occurring disorder field.  It contains content appropriate for participants at the beginning and/or intermediate levels.   Participants must have attended a Two Day ASAM Skill Building training previously to attend this training.  Each training location is limited to a maximum of 40 participants.

*National Accreditation rules indicate that if you are over 5-minutes late or depart early, you forfeit your CE for the entire training.  Please note that this is a National rule that CMHAM must enforce or we could lose our provider status to provide CE in the future.  This rule will be strictly followed.


Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing at least 10 business days prior to the conference for a full refund less a $15 administrative fee.  If cancellation is received less than 10 business days prior to the training, no refund will be given and the full charge will be incurred. Substitutions are permitted at any time.
